Sun style tai chi promotes health, mental stimulation, and well-being. Qigong movements in the form enhance breathing, cultivate internal energy, and promote relaxation. The backward and forward movements include 'follow stepping' which can improve mobility and balance. This short form is characterized by an upright posture and smaller steps, making it well suited for those with mobility and balance challenges. It can even be practiced seated! Though a smaller frame form than the more popular Yang style, Sun style has a lovely flow and spiraling energy. This is a great form to learn as we head into winter and icy ground.
Students and clients who cancel 12 hours or more prior to their registered class/appointment time will receive a credit for their next class and a refund for certain workshops/multi-week courses. Cancellations made after the 12 hour period are not refundable and services such as massage, Reiki etc. are subject to a cancellation fee.
