Anna is a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Instructor Academy. She is currently working on her Human Movement Specialist certification with the Brookbush Institute.
Anna's training focus is on good core strength for better performance and pain relief, and she enjoys working with clients that need personalized solutions to issues with movement such as shoulder impingement, diastasis recti, lower back pain, poor posture and more.
Anna offers a variety of services to meet a client's needs such as nutrition counseling for weight loss and better health, monthly plans and check-ins, and one-on-one sessions.

Nutrition Plan $250 for 4 weeks (includes a grocery store walkthrough if needed)
"Do it yourself" at home plan $75 per month
