Welcome to RBF Studio. By booking or purchasing services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payments  
Clients may book appointments and register for classes without upfront payment. Payments can be made in person or pre-paid online. Pre-paid payments are refundable or transferable if cancellations are made within the specified time frame for each service (see service-specific policies below).  

 

Massage Services  
Cancellation Policy: Clients must inform RBF Studio at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time via phone or email. Cancellations within the 24-hour period are subject to a $60 late cancellation fee.  
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to appear or cancel before their appointment will be charged the full cost of the missed session.

Personal Training  
Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 24 hours before your session via phone or email. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost or forfeiture of one package session.  
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to appear or notify us will be charged the full session cost or lose one package session.  

 

Group Classes  
Class Cancellations: Students canceling 12 or more hours before the scheduled class may reschedule or receive a class credit.  
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

 

Punch Cards  
Validity: Punch cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable and cannot be extended.
