MASSAGE
Cancelation Policy:
Please inform us no less that 24 hours prior to your appointment start time with either a phone call or email. Notice that falls within the 24-hour period will be subject to a $60 late cancellation fee.
No Show Policy:
Clients that do not show up, call or email to cancel at any point before their appointment start time will be required to pay the full cost of the missed massage.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Cancelation Policy:
Please inform us no less that 24 hours prior to your appointment start time with either a phone call or email. Notice that falls within the 24-hour period must pay 50% of the session cost or, for package clients, forfeit one session.
No Show Policy:
Clients that do not show up, call or email to cancel at any point before their appointment start time will be charged the full cost of a training session or a full session will be redeemed from their package.
Group Classes
Students who cancel 12 hours or more prior to their registered class time may reschedule through their dashboard or receive a credit for their next class and/or a refund.
Class cancellations made after the 12 hour period are not refundable or transferable.
Punchcards
Punchcards are valid for 1 year and cannot be extended or transferred to another party.
