Service Description
Curious about how to actually use that foam roller, massage gun, or spiky massage ball collecting dust in your closet? This 4-week series is designed to help you build confidence with common massage tools, offering simple, effective ways to support your body between appointments or workouts. Each class focuses on one tool, giving you time to explore it in depth and learn techniques for addressing common areas of tension. We’ll also incorporate gentle stretches and mobility work to enhance the effects. Weekly Focus: Week 1: Theracanes Week 2: Foam Rollers Week 3: Massage Balls Week 4: Massage Guns Bring your own tools from home if you have them A limited number of tools will be available for use or purchase in-studio Come to one or all — classes are drop-in friendly (though we always encourage preregistration!) Taught by a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer, this class blends therapeutic insight with movement-based know-how to help you feel better in your body — and stay that way.
