Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (24+ hours in advance): Clients may reschedule without penalty. Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): A $60 fee will apply or one training session will be forfeited. No Shows: Clients who do not cancel in advance will be charged the full appointment cost or forfeit one training session. Illness: Clients feeling unwell should stay home, and all fees will be waived in such cases.
