Service Description
This 12-week session continues the Yang 24 Form where Session 1 left off. We'll review material already covered, then complete the rest of the form by early September. Along the way, we'll weave in qigong movements and explore core tai chi principles. Best for: Students with some tai chi experience, or anyone comfortable learning alongside a group that's already in motion. A willingness to "fake it 'til you make it" goes a long way. Benefits include: Improved balance, reduced stress, increased strength and flexibility, plus a long list of other good things that come with regular practice.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 12+ hours before class start time may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. Illness Policy: Clients who are feeling unwell are kindly asked to stay home.
